We support NGOs, UN agencies, CSOs/SBOs, donors, and development actors in Afghanistan to turn evidence into practical learning that informs program improvements, strengthens accountability, and supports strategic decision-making. Our approach helps organizations identify what works, what needs adjustment, and how successful approaches can be strengthened, adapted, scaled, or replicated.
How we do it : We work closely with organizations to ensure research and evaluation findings are communicated in accessible, relevant, and actionable ways for different audiences, including program teams, leadership, donors, implementing partners, communities, and broader stakeholders. Findings are synthesized into practical insights that support programmatic shifts, adaptive management, learning, and evidence-informed planning.
We return findings through tailored dissemination and learning approaches, including presentations, validation workshops, stakeholder dialogues, learning briefs, findings dashboards, reflection sessions, and evidence-to-action planning processes. Our goal is to ensure research and evaluation findings are not only reported but actively used to improve programs, inform strategy, and strengthen organizational performance.
